BEFORE WE TALK

A few things
you may be wondering.

Have a different question? Let’s talk
Who is this for?

Landscape businesses run by their owners, especially teams with roughly one to five crews, that already deliver maintenance work and want a more disciplined commercial or HOA bidding process.

What should I bring to a bid review?

One draft estimate, the service scope and calendar, task quantities, estimated labor hours, and summarized labor, equipment, and material costs. Relevant actual job records are helpful. We’ll confirm what is needed before the session; please do not send payroll files or sensitive employee information through the contact form.

What does the $350 review include?

Preparation, a remote working session lasting 60 minutes, and an annotated recap with three priority actions for one property and one manageable draft estimate. Site visits, independent measurements, full proposal rewrites, and large RFP packages require a separate scope.

Can we work together in Spanish?

Sí. Las sesiones están disponibles en español o inglés. Selecciona tu idioma preferido en el formulario y trabajaremos en el idioma en el que te sientas más cómodo.

Do you offer ongoing support?

If the first review reveals a clear need, we can discuss another engagement in bidding, sales, or operations. We agree on the work, time, and fee before starting.

Will a review guarantee that I win the contract?

No. The goal is to help you understand your estimate, identify gaps, and make a more informed decision. Contract awards and actual profitability depend on your inputs, execution, and the buyer’s decision.
